Weekend Fun

Abby and I didn't do too much this weekend, just chilled out. Abby went on the river with Rick Friday afternoon, and she and I went to the park Saturday morning (pictures below). Her big excitement though was her new razor scooter, in purple.

I had some mommy time after teaching Sunday school this morning. I took Julian on a hike up Jackson Peak (pictures below). I swam in Goodwin Lake again (still cold, but not hypothermic cold like 3 weeks ago). It started to rain when I was coming down the peak, but thankfully only sprinkles, so I didn't have to slide down on my backside. Julian was a trailblazer as usual. He's amazing for 10-years-old.

Went to Knotty's to watch the Broncos-Bears preseason game. The Broncos need to give Orton back in exchange for Cutler. Yikes. Final score 17-27. Forget these teams. Go Saints! Drew Brees is a Boilermaker!
