Abby's Three!
So my little baby is three-years-old now. Abby's birthday was December 11th, and we had a party for her last Sunday to celebrate. We had 8 little girls and 2 little boys at out house, a very Jackson birthday party. (That's why we have to import lots of male ski bums, to even things out.) We had a Veggie Tales theme as you can see. Abby got some really nice presents, thank you everyone! She was kind of worn out when she opened her presents, so she would take one, open it and walk away to play with it instead of opening the next one. Thank goodness we had some eager kids who wanted to help, so they opened her gifts. Cake was a whole different story. She loved being sang to and stuffed her face with chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and jimmy candies. The icecream wasn't bad either. On her actual birthday, Tuesday, we put a candle in a cookie and sang to her again. This week was a blast! I hope the terrible threes aren't as rough as the terrible twos were.
Abby's friend Madison came over before the party to wish her a happy birthday. She had another party to go to that night.
...if it's too hot, stay out of the kitchen!
See my little helpers?

That candle is out!
Mmm, cake!
Mark likes cake too!

I can't believe that she is 3!!! How did our babies grow up so fast?! She looks beautiful in her party dress. It looks like you all had a fun time. I'm so glad you have your great big house now to fit so many people into it!! It looks like it was a very fun, and very typical Jackson, party. :) Happy Birthday big girl Abby!!!
Like Shelly said, that Abby looks gorgeous in her party dress! It's fun to see familiar faces in these photos. What's the big blue thing that Abby's sitting in? I couldn't figure it out.
That is a ball toss game. It has a spiral in the center and plastic balls that you put in the spiral and watch them roll down. You can sit in the ball area and throw the balls around too. :)
Sounds like a blast for a three year old!
